Mr. Kazuya Shimura studied business administration at a prestigious university in Japan, after which he went to the United States to attend another university to pursue and cultivate his senses in art. Upon his return to Japan in 1990, he officially joined Fujikanko Kaihatsu. After his role as a General Planning Department’s Director in the company, Mr. Shimura was inaugurated as the Representative Director and President of Fujikanko Kaihatsu.
Under his leadership, Fujikanko Kaihatsu deploys its business in the following 3 areas: Leisure, Real Estate and Lifestyle Distribution at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Fujikanko Kaihatsu’s core principle and vision is, "To share with people the beauty of Mount Fuji". Mr. Shimura and the company vision was recognised by the Japan Travel and Tourism Association and earned the "Sightseeing Promotion Meritorious Business Person" award in Japan.
In his spare time, he designed various Fujizakura Heights Beer labels, of which was awarded the " Best label " at the "World Beer Awards " held in England in 2015.

Mr. Phan Tan Thang is a seasoned management consultant, journalist, educator, entrepreneur, and the Founder of TGM.
